Lauren Gale, a Canadian standout competing for Colorado State, repeated as women's 400-meter winner in 52.22 seconds at the Mountain West Conference Outdoor Championships at Veterans Memorial Stadium at Buchanan High in Clovis, Calif. Gale, a sophomore, also contributed to a fourth-place finish for the Rams in the 4x100-meter relay in 45.31, in addition to securing sixth in the 200 in 23.77.
